My sweet mother called The Suites at Elmbrook home for over nine years.  The caring staff became like family to her and our family.  They loved her and she loved them.  I always had complete confidence that Mother was loved, respected, and was well taken care of.

I highly recommend The Suites at Elmbrook to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.  I currently have 2 loved ones there and I find the staff and administrator to be outstanding.  They provide the wonderful balance between highly professional and making you and your loved ones feel like family.  Before my dad moved there prior to passing away, he made the comment, “That looks like living in a 5-star hotel.”  It truly is a beautiful and excellent care facility.

I just want to recognize the staff at Elmbrook Suites for jobs well done taking care of our loved ones. I want to also thank them for the amazing support they give the families, especially during this pandemic.

My mother & grandmother both live at The Suites. They are happy and have lots of friends there. The administrator and the crew are first-class professionals that make sure all the residents stay healthy. The rates are very reasonable especially for such a nice facility with all the amenities. I have recommended this place to others with aging family members.

Mom loves the staff at The Suites at Elmbrook. Everyone has done a great job in helping her settle into her new apartment. She loves the exercise classes, but working on the current puzzle in the common area is her favorite pastime. She is also happy that she can do her laundry on-site and there is a hairdresser as well. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Mom feels safe and that makes the family happy!

Before we found The Suites at Elmbrook, we had no idea what to do with Dad, who needed some help. The apartments are spacious and clean. Dad can prepare meals in his kitchen or eat with his friends in the dining room three times a day. However, the main reason we chose The Suites is the staff. They are the greatest! Everyone is friendly, efficient, courteous, and helpful. Whether it’s shopping trips, doctor appointments, special events or other outings, they always come through. It’s hard to believe Dad has been a resident there for almost three years. The Suites is home and we all love it!

Our mother has been a resident of Elmbrook Suites for over thirteen years. We have been very pleased, as her family, with the quality of life she has been able to maintain there with their assistance. More importantly, she has been very happy there. We, the family, have peace of mind knowing our mother is content and receiving her medications and proper nutrition. Our mom has resided at The Suites at Elmbrook since January of ’07.  We have been happy with the care she has received.  The staff is very helpful.  The nurses are very friendly and caring to the residents and also to visiting family members.  When we’ve stayed to eat with mom, the food was good.  Mom loves all of the activities that are offered.  We are not always able to take Mom to her doctor’s appointments and they are happy to do that.  It is very comforting to have Mom in a facility like The Suites at this point in her life.

My dad and his wife have been residents at The Suites at Elmbrook for over four years.  The care and concern for them has been complete, compassionate, and accepting of their many age-related issues.  It has given me peace to know that their medication, meals, and grooming have been seen to as needed.

Thank you for the Mother’s Day Tea party.  My mom has never experienced anything like that.  The food and service were superb.  The outside grounds are beautifully groomed and the flowers were awesome.  The entire building was spotless and smelled so good…So much hard work!  Thank you so much!
